This year, we had the privilege of partnering with the prestigious 2024 "One of the Best Apprentices of France" Chocolaterie and Confectionery Competition (MAF).
An Exceptional Event
This competition, which brings together the most promising young talents in chocolaterie, was highlighted by impressive demonstrations of technical mastery and creativity. We had the opportunity to witness the creation of chocolate masterpieces that were as beautiful as they were delicious, showcasing the candidates' unique expertise.
Among them, we warmly congratulate Marjorie MIETTE, the winner of this edition and recipient of her title at the 2024 Salon du Chocolat. A huge round of applause also goes to the 8 finalists, whose creations were true demonstrations of the art of chocolaterie.
