His journey

Originally from Mexico, Chef Karina Rivera discovered her passion for pastry after studying culinary arts and began her career as a pastry chef on Celebrity Cruises. She expanded her experience at the St. Regis in Miami, then became Head Pastry Chef at Bachour Bakery and Bistro, and later at Bachour Miami. In 2019, she was a finalist on Spring Baking Championship on Food Network, and in 2022, she won a competition against Chef Alex Guarnaschelli on Alex Vs. America. Her love for pastry shines through in each of her creations, blending technique, innovation, and inspiration to delight taste buds worldwide all with a smile.
