At Prova Gourmet, we believe in a sustainable future.
That's why we opted for an eco-designed, reusable stand, designed to combine aesthetics, functionality and respect for the environment. The design was made possible thanks to the collaboration with Tech Connection, and the talent of Frédéric Pertusier and Jo Caussimon, who brought to life an inspiring and welcoming space. This stand illustrates our commitment to more responsible gastronomy, while highlighting the excellence of our products.
Launch of our new range of natural flavours
We were delighted to unveil our brand new range of natural flavours at SIRHA 2025!
Designed with the expertise of our teams, these flavours offer an ultra-quality and economical aromatic solution, ideal for professionals looking for naturalness and authenticity. The launch attracted a great deal of interest, with many fascinating discussions taking place on our stand throughout the show.
Inspiring demonstrations and tastings
Our chefs Tristan Rousselot and Baptiste Garcia, accompanied by guest chefs, showcased our products through unique creations combining technique and creativity. These demonstrations allowed visitors to discover the potential of our latest innovations, through innovative and delicious recipes.
